On April 24, 2020, the Instructional Activities of Business Management Decision Simulation between SWUFE and Tribhuvan University (hereinafter referred to as “TU”) of Nepal was held online via Tencent Conference.

Participants from SWUFE side included: Professor GUO Jianjun, Dean of School of Statistics, Professor ZHU Xiaowu, Deputy Director of the Institute of Management Modernization, Professor SU Yingsheng, Head of the Department of Management Science in School of Statistics, Professor ZHU Nan from Western Business School and Associate Professor XU Qian from MBA Center. Participants from Nepal included: Professor Tamang, Chairman of Operations Research Association in Nepal, Professor Sharma, Head of Management Divisions and Professor Chalise, Dean of School of Management in Tribhuvan University.

Dean GUO looked back the exchanges and cooperation with Tribhuvan University since 2018, and expressed his appreciation for TU's excellent performance in the 2019 Enterprise Competition Simulation Contest. This fully shows that the exchanges and cooperation between the two Universities are productive, and he hoped that Tribhuvan University will achieve better results in the future cooperation. Professor ZHU Xiaowu affirmed the achievements of the cooperation and praised the positive contributions made by SWUFE regarding to “One Belt and One Road” policy. Professor Tamang, Sharma and Chalise were grateful to SWUFE for its selfless help to teachers and students in Nepal. Professor Hada, the former Chairman of Operations Research Association in Nepal, believes that the application of operational research optimization technology and data analysis technology in management has greatly increased the scientificity of Management, and both teachers and students will benefit a lot from the Activities.
